Twenty-four pool villas on Malolo Island, powered by the largest solar microgrid in Fiji.

Overview
Twenty-Four Pool Villas
Villas and private residences on the beach, with the whole property on solar.
Six Senses Fiji occupies a stretch of Malolo Island in the Mamanuca archipelago, and its most unusual feature is not the villas but the plant behind them: the resort is designed to run entirely on solar, through the largest microgrid in Fiji using Tesla batteries, which also powers its own desalination. There are 24 pool villas and a set of private residences, each with a private pool, a large sun deck, outdoor showers and baths, and direct access to the beach. The kitchen garden, the chicken coop and the beehives supply the restaurants, and the spa is laid out as a Fijian village.
The whole island runs on sun. The solar microgrid powers the villas, the kitchens and the desalination plant. It is the largest of its kind in the country.
