Royal Zambezi Lodge is an owner-run property on three and a half kilometres of Zambezi riverfront in the Chiawa Game Management Area, next to the Lower Zambezi National Park and set against the Zambezi Valley Escarpment. Fifteen tented suites — Classic, Deluxe and Presidential — are spaced for privacy beneath mature trees. Deluxe and Presidential suites add private plunge pools and outdoor showers, and the Presidential suites include a separate lounge. The river shapes everything here: this is a water-led safari as much as a land one.
