LUXOR & ASWAN, THE NILE
All-Suite Nile Cruiser — Upper Egypt

Named for
the Goddesses

An all-suite ship on the Nile, its rooms named for Egypt's ancient goddesses, sailing between Luxor and Aswan with a private sun deck pool and a spa found on few other vessels.

Overview

Every Suite,
a Goddess

Sonesta Star Goddess is an all-suite Nile cruiser, its accommodation named throughout for the goddesses of ancient Egyptian mythology — Isis, Hathor, Nephthys and more.

Contemporary interiors trade heavy pharaonic motifs for something lighter and more residential, while still nodding to the mythology behind each suite's name. A rooftop sun deck holds one of the largest private pools found on any Nile cruiser, alongside a spa, gym and a lounge built for watching the riverbank drift past. Sailing between Luxor and Aswan, the ship calls at Esna, Edfu and Kom Ombo along the way, threading together the temples that have drawn travellers to Upper Egypt for over a century.

Part of the Sonesta Nile Collection. Sonesta operates several vessels on the Nile under its Sonesta Nile Cruises brand — Star Goddess is positioned as one of the line's more contemporary, all-suite ships.
