LE MORNE PENINSULA
Golf Resort — Le Morne

Beneath the
Morne Brabant

A hundred and fifty hectares on the Le Morne Peninsula, between the island’s largest lagoon and a UNESCO World Heritage mountain.

Overview

Lagoon on One Side,
Golf on the Other

Set across 150 hectares with seven kilometres of protected beach and the largest lagoon in Mauritius.

Paradis Beachcomber occupies the Le Morne Peninsula, with the lagoon on one side and an 18-hole championship course on the other, and the UNESCO-listed Morne Brabant mountain standing over both. The grounds run to 150 hectares bordered by seven kilometres of protected beach. Every room faces the Indian Ocean from a private balcony or terrace, and some sit directly on the sand. It is the natural base for the southwest — Chamarel, Black River Gorges and the west coast dolphin grounds are all within a short drive.

The mountain is the reason to come. Le Morne Brabant is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, protected for its history as a refuge for escaped slaves, and the guided hike leaves from the peninsula itself.
